Order Fulfillment

Some wholesalers provide complete systems - plus the option of extended on-site warranties for those systems for around $80 (e.g. Altech). They only charge around $25-$30 to build the machine. Does this include non-OS OEM software install (e.g. anti-virus, office) The benefit of these systems is the extended warranty, but also, the reduced labour and error potential at our end.
Questions for wholesalers:

• How long between wholesale order and pickup? (for system
• How long between wholesale order and courier delivery? cost per system?
• Cash only, credit card or 7,14,30 day account?
• What do cases look like? (style, internal accessibility, USB ports etc)
• Can we re-badging with our own logo? Can wholesaler do it for us?
• Can wholesaler install all ordered OEM software?
